Whole Health Action Management (WHAM!)

This is a 11-week peer-to-peer program offered online via Zoom, developed by the National Council’s SAMHSA-HRSA Center for Integrated Health Solutions to support whole health and wellness self-care.

Participants partner with one another from the comfort of their homes to identify strengths, create weekly action plans, and work toward one personal whole health goal across ten life domains. Rather than struggle alone, participants collaborate and support each other’s progress.

Each person works from their own workbook. WHAM is accessible, easy to implement, and designed for ages 13 and up…. All ages are welcome!

The next WHAM course begins Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20, with two scheduling options:

  • Saturday Cohort:

    • July 19, 26 & August 2 — Sessions from 12–3 PM

    • August 9 to September 27 — Weekly sessions from 12–1 PM

  • Sunday Cohort:

    • July 20, 27 & August 3 — Sessions from 10 AM–1 PM

    • August 10 to September 28 — Weekly sessions from 10–11 AM
